Complimentary Wheelchair and Motorised Scooters
Mobility equipment including wheelchairs and motorised scooters can be loaned from Guest Services Desk located on Level 3 near R.M.Williams.
Bookings are advisable and can be made up to two weeks in advance via 02 8858 9700.
Hire of mobility equipment is available on Monday to Wednesday from 9.00am to 4.00pm, Thursday from 9.00am to 6.30pm, Saturday from 9.00am to 4.30pm and Sunday from 10.00am to 4.30pm.
Disabled Restrooms and Access
Disabled car parking spaces are provided at all of the Centre's main car park entries.
Lifts and travelators are located throughout the centre to assist you with your movement between levels. Restrooms are conveniently located near these lifts on all levels and in the Piazza.
