Established in 1999, Al Aseel is the home of award-winning Lebanese cuisine in Castle Hill offering a modern take on authentic and traditional dishes.

Our team of talented chefs have created a shared-dining style menu using bold flavours, premium ingredients and designed to fill your table with aromatic smells, tastes and colours. 

We recommend starting with a few smaller plates "Mezza" including our gourmet dips, crisp finger foods and fresh salads. Then enjoy our renowned smoked skewers or a fragrant rice dish from our "Signature" & "From the Grill" sections. Finish with something indulgent for dessert.
