Castle Towers Mobile Application

The Owner of the Castle Towers Shopping Centre (Centre) located at 6-14 Castle Street, Castle Hill NSW 2154 is QIC Limited (ACN 130 539 123) as trustee for the QIC Castle Towers Trust (ABN 19 391 557 971) (QIC).

Terms and Conditions

By viewing or using this application you agree to all the terms in these Terms and Conditions. QIC may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, and by continuing to access or use the application you accept any changed Terms and Conditions as they may apply from time to time. QIC is the only entity responsible for the content of the information on this application (Information).

No Liability

QIC, its subsidiaries, associated entities, their directors, employees and representatives (QIC Parties) do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the Information and to the extent permitted by law, disclaim all responsibility for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by any person directly or indirectly through relying upon the Information, whether that loss or damage is caused by any fault or negligence of the QIC Parties or otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, the QIC Parties also disclaim all responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by accessing this application, including the transmission of any computer virus. Without limiting the above matters, the QIC Parties do not warrant the accuracy of information contained on any website which may be linked to or accessed from this application.

World Record Event

Each attendee at the World Record Event to be held on 3 December 2015 at the Centre:

  1. presently assigns to QIC all Intellectual Property Rights in or for the Materials and all existing and future materials created (whether alone or jointly with QIC) by the attendee in relation to the Materials;
  2. warrants that the attendee has the right to make this assignment and that the QIC’s use of the Materials will not infringe any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party;
  3. voluntarily, irrevocably and unconditionally consents to QIC, or persons authorised by QIC, doing or omitting to do, with respect to the Materials, any act which would otherwise infringe the attendee’s Moral Rights in the Materials; and
  4. consents to QIC using their name, likeness, image and voice for an unlimited period and without remuneration for marketing and publicity use, if requested by the QIC.

Intellectual Property Rights means all intellectual property rights, including copyright and any right to keep confidential information confidential. Materials means written materials provided by the attendee pursuant to the Word Record Event.

Privacy Policy

QIC collects personal information on users of the application and may use or disclose personal information for direct marketing activities (e.g. promotional activities, distribution of newsletters and other publications) and to contact the Member. All information provided by the Members is managed under the QIC Privacy Policy.
