We’ve levelled up using premium matcha straight from Yame, Japan – a city known for rich soil, dreamy elevation and next-level Tencha tea leaves. Farmers even shade the crops two weeks before harvest to unlock that deep, delicious umami flavour (that’s Japanese for “YUM,” btw).
