While some internal mall connections will close, The Piazza, Event Cinemas, restaurants and entertainment venues will remain open and accessible throughout the redevelopment. We encourage customers to review the information below before visiting.
Changes to Internal Centre Access
The internal mall link between the main centre and The Piazza will close from 19 October.
This includes the following areas:
- Level 3: From the lifts and amenities near Apple through to Motto Motto
- Level 2: From the lifts and amenities near UNIQLO through to Castle Street
- Level 1: From the lifts near Freshworld, including access through the Green Car Park
Accessing The Piazza
You will still be able to travel between the main centre and The Piazza.
The recommended pedestrian route is:
- Make your way to Level 1
- Walk through the Metro tunnel
- Take the escalators or lifts to street level
- Follow Old Northern Road to access The Piazza
This route provides access to: Event Cinemas, Strike Bowling, Holey Moley, Archie Brothers and restaurants.
For the most convenient access to The Piazza, please park in the Purple Car Park, accessible via Castle Street and Pennant Street.
Parking Changes
Blue Car Park Entry Ramp Closure
The entry ramp to Blue Car Park on Old Castle Hill Road will close 19 October.
The Blue Car Park will be accessible via the Yellow Car Park rooftop with entries on Eric Felton Street and Pennant Street.
Fast exit from Blue Car Park will be via the existing Blue Car Park Exit Ramp onto Old Castle Hill Road.
Green Car Park Closure
The Green Car Park will permanently close in late 2026.
Customers visiting our Fresh Food precinct are encouraged to use:
- Orange Car Park for Coles
- Red Car Park for Aldi and Kmart
Both car parks are accessible via Eric Felton Street.
Pedestrian Entry Changes
The centre entry doors on Old Castle Hill Road (opposite Castle Hill Metro Station) and on Castle Street will close 19 October.
Pedestrians can access the centre via the Metro and tunnel into Level 1 or The Piazza via the entry on Old Northern Road near Betty's Burgers and Nando's.
