Santa is welcoming pets on Level 2, opposite Uniqlo during dedicated pet sessions dates below. Dogs, cats, rabbits - if they travel well and play nicely, they’re welcome.
Sessions run outside regular Santa hours so it’s calmer for your pet and quicker for you. Bookings are essential and spaces go fast, so lock yours in early.
What to expect:
- Pet-only sessions will be available after Castle Towers closes.
- Pets must be on a lead or in a carrier at all times
- One handler per pet, please - family members are welcome in the photo
- Treats, squeaky toys and patience all provided
- Assistance animals are welcome at every session, any time

Online bookings are essential. Pet owners and animals must access the centre via Yellow Car Park at Level 2 entrance, near Baby Bunting. Participants must exit Castle Towers Shopping Centre immediately after their photography session via the same entry. Map of location can be viewed in the terms and conditions.
